about the owner

Nancy is an Independent Insurance Broker and owner of Ally Insurance Brokers LLC.  She was born in NYC but relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 1993 and established strong roots in the community for the next 22 years.  In 2015, her family made their way to Kansas City due to a job transfer for her husband, and they now call Kansas City 'home'.  She often tells the story of the move to what she thought was going to be 'the land of corn and cow fields' and what a hidden gem KC turned out to be; it was quickly discovered that Kansas City is the best of both worlds and her family takes long 'country' drives as often as they can, especially visiting state parks.

Nancy has over 25 years of experience working in the financial services industry.  In New York she worked with a leading global investment firm on Wall Street, and in Florida she was Director of Operations for Cornerstone Wealth Management, a successful independent firm.  One of her duties was to help clients with their insurance needs, so she has been licensed for many years and is currently licensed in several states.  Her diverse expertise brings a wealth of knowledge to effectively serve our clients and focus on delivering an outstanding client experience.

Nancy and her husband, Rob, have 5 adult children between them and 4 grandchildren who love to visit during the winter and play in the snow.  Nancy and Rob enjoy camping, exploring new local areas, trying out new recipes as Nancy loves to cook, and they truly enjoy having fall and spring seasons as they didn't have this in Florida.
